Due to cancelations and scheduling a $200 non refundable deposit is now required to hold any calendar day . Total minimum price is $500.00 plus tax.

    This includes 30 gem mining bags 30 treasure hunting bags and an unlimited time for excavators. $100 for an additional  15 people attending After initial cost.. 

 Please understand the reason for the non refundable deposit is for scheduling  as there is only one booth if there is a cancellation we can’t book another event  in such short notice we will take a loss . Please keep this in mind when booking. 

 Please note  : The deposit must be paid in full before your private event is placed  on the schedule. You will receive a confirmation email with the date time amount paid and expected attendance.  We will reschedule up to 2 times after the original date booked . If rescheduled 2 times after the original date another booking will result in another $200 deposit : Dates available will depend on already scheduled fairs ,festival's and other private events.Please be sure of the schedule or rescheduling dates before you book thank you.
