To book a reservation for private events a $300 non refundable fee is due at the time of booking. Total fees and tax will be determined and collected during the application and booking process.

Please note: our range for privet and school events are limited to North Georgia and during summer months  week days are best all weekend scheduling is subject to other events such as fairs and festivals .

A minimum of $500.00 is required. This includes the $300.00 non-refundable fee to book our services. This will include 20 one gallon buckets or 50 bags of gemstones, minerals and fossils. If in the event of a cancellation by the customer, they can request a future event date or request a refund. Any money over the $300.00 non refundable fee will be returned promptly. If the customer rebooks with us at a later date we will wave the $300.00 fee and charge the remaining balance accordingly. 

   Lucky Gems Mobile Mining understands that even we have our limitations. If we have to cancel our visit due to unforseen events, we will refund the entire amount paid in full including the $300 non refundable fee back to the customer with our sincerest apologies.
